Pokemon Legends Z-A Wish Choice, Explained

Main Mission 38

Now that you and Taunie have both achieved Rank A, you’ll each receive a wish. Taunie will ask you, “In that case, what do you say?” and then you’ll be given three options to choose from.

It’s not a big deal which of the three options you pick. Here’s a breakdown of what each one does:

  • I want us all to battle Pokemon together!
  • I want us to live in harmony with Pokemon!
  • I want more Pokemon to live in Lumiose!

Choosing the first option will move the story forward. It lets you join the Infinite Z-A Royale, where you can battle trainers to gain experience and rewards. If you win enough battles, you’ll even unlock the chance to catch some special Pokémon after the main game.

If you pick the second choice, Lida will point out that Quasartico already specializes in that, making the wish unnecessary.

Okay, so if I pick the third choice, Vinnie points out they’ve already created 20 Wild Zones packed with Pokémon. Basically, Lumiose City doesn’t need any more, which is good to know!

Ultimately, the game always leads back to the original choice, so you don’t have to worry about different outcomes or how your decisions will affect the story. Just pick the first option, and you’ll be fine.
