The upcoming game, Pokemon Legends: Z-A, appears to focus on Mega Evolutions rather than introducing entirely new Pokemon. While leaks and trailers haven’t shown any new species, the game will feature many returning Mega Evolutions, and even some brand new ones. A trailer in July essentially confirmed 26 new Mega Evolutions, showcasing Mega Dragonite exactly as described in earlier leaks. Several other Mega Evolutions have also been revealed, matching leaked descriptions, though not all of them are known yet.
- Mega Dragonite
- Mega Victreebel
- Mega Hawlucha
- Mega Malamar
- Mega Chesnaught
- Mega Delphox
- Mega Greninja
With only seven of the twenty-six new Mega Evolutions revealed so far, players are naturally curious about the rest. Although details could still change, the leaks have been very accurate up to this point, so we can be confident that the remaining nineteen Mega Evolutions will appear in *Pokemon Legends: Z-A* and will likely look very similar to how they’ve been described.
Fans eager to get a look at the Mega Evolution designs in *Pokemon Legends: Z-A* are enjoying some recent fan art. One image, created by IcyBoi33, is particularly popular because its designs closely match leaked information.
Pokemon Legends: Z-A’s New Mega Evolutions Are Officially Confirmed
Information about the upcoming game *Pokemon Legends: Z-A* has leaked, revealing some Pokemon not yet seen in trailers, including the Eelektross evolutionary line, which appears to be receiving a new Mega Evolution. Several other Pokemon featured in the trailers have also been confirmed, and leaks from early copies of the game suggest even more Mega Evolutions are coming.
Leaked images of Mega Evolutions from *Pokemon Legends: Z-A* appear to closely match designs created by a user named IcyBoi33. This is especially true for Mega Feraligatr, Mega Hawlucha, Mega Delphox, and Mega Greninja. While there are some differences with Mega Victreebel, Mega Chesnaught, and Mega Malamar, the leaks seem to be a fairly reliable look at the new designs, potentially missing only minor details not included in the initial descriptions.

Pokemon with more detailed descriptions, like Mega Emboar and Mega Zygarde from *Pokemon Legends: Z-A*, will likely look very close to the leaked image. However, the leaked description of Mega Malamar only mentioned a thin rainbow-like appearance, and didn’t mention its head resembling a brain. As a result, the initial design didn’t include that feature, though the final, official Pokemon does.
Initially, information leaked online about 27 new Mega Evolutions, including one for Zeraora in Pokemon Legends: Z-A. However, it was later stated that Zeraora wouldn’t be in the game. It’s currently unclear whether this will change – Zeraora might still appear, perhaps with future downloadable content, or it might not be included at all.
