Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Reveal New Mystery Gift Code for July 2025

In the July 2025 episode of Pokemon Presents, it was unveiled that the games Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have introduced new Mystery Gift Codes. These codes grant players exclusive tracksuits for their trainer characters within the game, with each version having its own unique tracksuit. At present, these Pokemon Scarlet and Violet tracksuits can be obtained by trainers online through version-specific Mystery Gift Codes, and there is no expiration date mentioned for these codes as of now.

Prior to the commencement of the main Pokemon Presents event, fans were entertained with an hour-long music performance by DJ Pikachu as a prelude. The Pokemon Presents broadcast then kicked off with a sneak peek at various projects like the Netflix series “Pokemon Concierge”, updates for mobile games such as “Pokemon Unite” and “Pokemon GO”, and finally, the 2026 release window for “Pokemon Champions”. Following this announcement, The Pokemon Company shifted focus to “Pokemon Scarlet and Violet”, mentioning that trainers with a future Nintendo Switch 2 model can enjoy enhanced visuals and frame rates at no extra cost via an update.

After wrapping up the latest episode of Pokemon Presents, trainers of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have some extra stylish items to collect. The new Mystery Gift Codes for players of these games are STRACKSU1T for the Scarlet Tracksuit, and VTRACKSU1T for the Violet Tracksuit. These exclusive outfits for each version do not have an expiration date currently, but it’s recommended that trainers claim them right away.

To receive the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, players need to access the internet and pick the Mystery Gift option from the Poke Portal menu. Unlike other online features such as Tera Raid battles with friends or strangers, a Nintendo Switch Online membership is not mandatory for claiming Mystery Gifts; however, it is required for those additional online functions. Furthermore, players can claim other Mystery Gifts like Wei Chyr’s Rillaboom and assorted item packs before they expire.

In addition to the ongoing distribution of Mystery Gifts for the latest games, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, trainers now have an opportunity to battle against some Shiny Legendary Pokemon in intense Five-Star Tera Raid battles, starting July 22 at 8:00 PM Eastern. During this period until August 3, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will feature a Shiny Wo-Chien Tera Raid event, with other members of the Treasures of Ruin quartet making appearances in sequence throughout August and September. Concurrently, Mass Outbreaks will also take place, offering enhanced chances for trainers to encounter Shiny Pokemon like Capsakid, Petilil, and Oddish.

More information about the event is expected to be unveiled during Gamescom 2025, as the Pokémon franchise plans to collaborate with Nintendo at the Koelnmesse in August. It remains to be seen what exciting developments The Pokémon Company has planned for the remainder of 2025.
