Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Hosting Shiny Koraidon and Miraidon Event Soon
The much-anticipated Shiny Koraidon and Miraidon, initially slated for October 2022, are finally coming to Pokemon gamers soon! As revealed in a recent blog post by The Pokemon Company, these Shiny Legendary Pokemon will be accessible via the versions they’re not featured on cover-wise. Therefore, Shiny Koraidon is reserved for Pokemon Violet players, and Shiny Miraidon for Pokemon Scarlet enthusiasts. The distribution event for Shiny Koraidon and Miraidon kicks off on September 26 and runs through October 15, just one day prior to the release of Pokemon Legends: Z-A. To secure their Shiny Koraidon and Miraidon Mystery Gift Codes, eager trainers should visit GameStop in the US or EB Games in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand while stocks last. After obtaining these codes, players can redeem them through the Mystery Gift option on the Poke Portal.
You don’t have to make any purchases to get the Shiny Koraidon and Miraidon codes. Also, you don’t need a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to receive Mystery Gifts in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. However, Shiny Koraidon and Shiny Miraidon cannot be moved to Pokemon Legends: Z-A at the game’s launch since Pokemon Home compatibility won’t be available initially.
