- Make sure Pokemon Scarlet & Violet is updated to the latest version.
- Start the game and press the X Button to access the Menu.
- Then press the L button to Connect to the Internet.
- Next, access the Poke Portal
- Select Mystery Gift.
- Click on Check Poke Portal News.
You’ll be able to obtain the most recent news from the PokéPortal with information about the “Pikachu and Friends Mass Outbreak” event. During this event, players can find Pichu, Pikachu, Raichu (Alolan version included), and Mimikyu on their maps.
