Preorder Now: Life-Sized Espeon & Umbreon Pokémon Plushes Are Coming!

Life-sized Pokeemon plush toys are incredibly awesome! They make it feel like you’re really bringing these adorable creatures into your own space. The latest additions from the Pokemon Center include Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon in life-size versions.

Today, The Pokémon Center announced that two more Eevee evolutions will receive a full-scale makeover. By late November 2025, you’ll be able to own life-size Espeon and Umbreon plush toys.

The “Sun Pokémon”

Among all the Eevee evolutions, rescaled to real size, I’d say the lifelike Espeon plush is my personal favorite, given its exceptional level of detail.

According to the Johto Pokédex (number 184), the size of an Espeon plush toy is approximately 28 inches tall, 32.75 inches wide, and 25.5 inches long. Fortunately, this life-sized plush toy is relatively lightweight, weighing around eight pounds, unlike the 58 pounds it’s attributed with in the Pokédex.

In much the same way as in games, this plush toy showcases a red sun gem on its head that resembles Espeon, an essential part of the Pokemon’s psychic abilities. It’s not just a different colored patch but rather sticks out for a more authentic appearance. Upon viewing the toy from above, you’ll see it has the creature’s distinctive forked tail. Furthermore, the material used to make this plush is soft polyester fiber, similar to Espeon’s velvety fur in texture.

The Pokémon Store limits purchases of each life-sized creature to two per person.

According to the Pokémon Store, the giant Espeon plush toys are expected to start being delivered by late November, which means they’ll arrive perfectly for the busy holiday shopping period. Make sure to grab one (or a pair) as gifts for your beloved Pokémon trainers.

Life-Sized Umbreon Pokémon Plush

The “Moonlight Pokémon”

If you tend to favor the mysterious and dark-themed characters, the lifesize Umbreon cuddly toy might appeal to you more. Given that it was the most popular among the Eevee evolutions, many people seem to share your preference for this Pokémon. The plush toy emanates a cool, carefree aura yet hints at a sense of danger. I wouldn’t dare challenge any Pokémon Trainer accompanied by this Eeveelution!

Representing the specifics from the authentic Johto Pokédex, this Umbreon life-sized toy stands approximately 29 inches tall, spans 30 inches wide, and stretches 31 inches long. In the games, Umbreon weighs around 60 pounds, but this plush toy is significantly lighter at almost 10 pounds. Similar to Pokémon number 197, the Umbreon plush features yellow rings on its head and limbs. According to Pokémon lore, these rings emit a glow under moonlight – however, keep in mind that your life-size plush will not exhibit this trait.

The Umbreon stuffed toy is shown in a relaxed position. Its soft, polyester fabric makes it perfect for hugging. Like Espeon, the Umbreon Pokémon plush is expected to be shipped in late November 2025. If you’d like to take a few names off your Christmas list this year, consider preordering one now.

What are the Next Life-Sized Pokémon Plushes?

Generation IV incoming?

In April, The Pokémon Company announced their intention to create lifesize models for every form of Eevee’s evolution. Having already produced Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, and Umbreon, it seems logical that the evolutions from Generation IV would be the next to appear, as no new Eevee forms were introduced in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald from Generation III.

If Pokémon Center keeps releasing life-sized plushies by generation, Leafeon and Glaceon will likely be next in line. But since that would only leave Sylveon as the last Eeveelution in Generation VI, they might choose to reveal the remaining trio all at once. We’ll find out soon enough.
