In a recent update, Sea of Thieves unveiled a fresh trailer for their upcoming Season 15, set to commence on February 20th. This new season is filled with exciting content that aims to enhance your gaming experience even further. Alongside the regular cosmetic rewards you can unlock and personalize your characters and ships with, there will be additional intriguing additions waiting for you!
In the guise of “Making Mischief,” the Season 14 of the game known as “Sea of Thieves” commenced on October 17th, last year. The primary focus of this update was the integration of new crouching, hanging, and disguising capabilities, as well as the unveiling of three novel weapons: the Grapple Gun, Traps, and the Blowpipe with its black powder, poison, and bait darts. In addition to new rewards that can be unlocked using the Plunder Pass, Season 14 introduced a plethora of fresh events, including the Festival of Giving, upgrades for outposts, and an array of “Sea of Thieves” cosmetics for players to acquire from the Pirate Emporium.
I’m super excited about what’s coming next in my favorite game, Sea of Thieves! They just announced Season 15, Wild Things, launching on February 20. This free update brings two terrifying sea monsters into the mix – the Megalodons Feared Redmaw and Barnacled Dread. The Feared Redmaw is a real ship-wrecker with a fiery bite that can set your vessel ablaze, not to mention it can overheat and explode if you get too close! The Barnacled Dread isn’t any less intimidating, as its electrified bite causes damage and summons Ocean Crawlers onto your ship’s deck. Can’t wait to see these new additions in action!
Sea of Thieves Reveals What’s Coming in Season 15
In Season 15, we’re introducing The Hunter’s Call expansion. Now, the Sea of Thieves trading company has specialized shops in the outposts. By assuming the role of Hunter’s Call emissaries, players can set sail on fishing voyages, hunting expeditions, and raids. Finishing one of these missions will grant exclusive rewards, making the tasks even more intriguing. Similar to past seasons, Sea of Thieves gamers can look forward to 100 levels worth of rewards, a new Plunder Pass, as well as additional wildlife like seagulls and wild boars.
Now’s an exciting moment to rejoin or embark on the swashbuckling adventures in Sea of Thieves! With a fresh season around the corner, there’ll be ample opportunity for exploration and discovery, not least the appearance of two colossal Megalodons. Remember, they’re known for their intimidating size and powerful capabilities that are sure to give players a fright. Furthermore, we can expect the introduction of Custom Text Overlay soon, which lets players personalize font size, background, and many other aspects.
