Throughout April, Amazon Prime Gaming is offering 12 free PC games for players to download and keep. Plus, Prime members can stream 8 more PC games – including titles like The Jackbox Party Pack 2 – through Amazon Luna.
Every Thursday, Amazon Prime members get free PC games they can download and play using apps like Amazon Games, the Epic Games Store, or GOG Galaxy. Prime members also have access to a rotating selection of games on Amazon Luna, at no extra cost. Once you claim a game during a Prime Gaming promotion, you keep it even if you temporarily cancel your subscription. In March, Prime Gaming offered 13 free games, including titles like Turmoil, Total War: Three Kingdoms, and Siege of Avalon.

Amazon Luna is offering 12 free PC games to Prime members this April, and two are available to claim right now! Strategy game fans can get the XCOM: Enemy Unknown Complete Pack and Total War: Pharaoh Dynasties at no extra cost. You can download XCOM: Enemy Unknown, a classic strategy game known for its challenging gameplay, through GOG, and Total War: Pharaoh Dynasties via the Epic Games Store. The deal includes the XCOM: Enemy Within expansion as well. For players who prefer large-scale battles, Total War: Pharaoh Dynasties – an enhanced version of Total War: Pharaoh – offers new factions, units, and a bigger map to conquer. It was originally released as a free update in July 2024.
There’s more exciting news! Starting next Thursday, April 9th, two new games will be available to download on Amazon Luna. King of Retail lets you build and manage your own retail empire, with plenty of options for products and store sizes. And for those looking for a fresh 3D platformer, check out the first season of A Rat’s Quest: The Way Back Home. This game is launching on Luna particularly quickly – on Friday, April 3rd, just six days after its initial release.
