Nine games will no longer be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers starting in February 2026. While PlayStation Plus constantly adds new games to its Extra and Premium tiers each month – which is great news for players – it also removes some older titles to make room for them.
Recently, PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members got some new games, including Resident Evil Village and Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth. However, a few titles were removed from the service, such as Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name and Sayonara Wild Hearts. We don’t yet know what games will be added in the next update, likely around February 17th, but we do know which games will be leaving the service in February 2026.
On February 17th, several games will no longer be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers. These include Carto, Cult of the Lamb, New World: Aeternum, Rez Infinite, SaGa Frontier Remastered, Spirit of the North: Enhanced Edition, Super Neptunia RPG, The Ascent, and WWE 2K25. It’s worth noting that New World: Aeternum has already been removed from the store and its servers will shut down on January 31, 2027, meaning you can no longer play it.
List of Games Leaving PS Plus in February 2026

- Carto
- Cult of the Lamb
- New World: Aeternum
- Rez Infinite
- SaGa Frontier Remastered
- Spirit of the North: Enhanced Edition
- Super Neptunia RPG
- The Ascent
- WWE 2K25
Several popular games will be removed from PS Plus Extra and Premium in 2026. Among them is Cult of the Lamb, an award-winning roguelike game that combines dark themes with the charming gameplay of titles like Animal Crossing. Also leaving is Rez Infinite, an updated version of the classic PS2 rail shooter, which includes virtual reality compatibility. This removal marks another VR game leaving the PS Plus service.
PlayStation Plus subscribers who enjoy WWE 2K25 might be disappointed to learn it’s leaving the service. The game, the newest in the popular WWE 2K series, received generally good reviews, with many calling it one of the best versions in years, even with some criticism of the Island mode. The game’s online servers will be taken down in March, so players should be aware of that. PS Plus Extra and Premium members have until February 17th to play WWE 2K25 before it’s removed.
Some players might be disappointed to see The Ascent removed from PS Plus. While it didn’t receive universally positive reviews, it has a dedicated fanbase. Notably, The Ascent is a local co-op game, and its departure leaves PS Plus subscribers with fewer options for playing games together on the same screen.
It’s disappointing that some games are leaving PS Plus, but the good news is that new ones will be added at the same time. We expect to find out which games are coming to PS Plus Extra and Premium in February 2026 around Wednesday, February 11th, so be sure to check then!
