As a dedicated PlayStation gamer with years of experience under my belt, I’m thrilled to share my excitement about the latest additions to the PlayStation Plus Premium lineup for July 2024. I’ve been a subscriber since its inception, and each month’s update never fails to bring new and exciting games to my digital library.

Starting from the recent update to the subscription, PlayStation Plus Premium members can enjoy playing 13 new games. Although it’s the priciest tier of PS Plus, the value it offers justifies the cost. The perk of joining PlayStation Plus Premium is that members get instant access to every game added to the PS Plus library, regardless of the subscription level.

Starting July 2024, new free games became available for PS Plus Premium members to add to their collections. From now until August 5, all subscribers can obtain these free games: “Borderlands 3”, “NHL 24”, and “Among Us”. In August, these titles will be swapped out for a new set of free games, which PS Plus Premium members will continue to have access to claim.

For PS Plus Premium members, they not only enjoy the benefits of their subscription but also have the privilege to play all the latest PS Plus Extra games starting July 2024. This means an exciting lineup of 13 new games for fans to explore. Out of these, nine are part of the PS Plus Extra collection, while the remaining four are exclusive to Premium members. The new additions to PS Plus Extra for July 2024 include “Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion,” “Deadcraft,” “Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord,” “No More Heroes 3,” “Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous,” “Remnant 2,” and “Steep.” The four games that are only available to PS Plus Premium members starting July 2024 are “Jeanne d’Arc,” “Job Simulator,” “Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters,” and “Summoner.”

As a PlayStation Plus Premium gamer, I’m really excited about the new additions to the service this month. For me, the standout addition is “Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion,” which I’ve been looking forward to playing for a long time. And if you’re into Soulslike games, then “Remnant 2” is definitely worth checking out, with its challenging gameplay and the added bonus of being able to play co-op with friends. The Premium-exclusive games are no less exciting, as they include two critically acclaimed PSP titles that are widely regarded as some of the best in their class.

Jeanne d’Arc, an acclaimed exclusive for PSP since its launch, is finally expanding its reach to a larger audience. Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters brings the signature shooter-platforming experience of Ratchet & Clank in a smaller scale, successfully adapted for portable gaming. PlayStation VR2 users will welcome the debut of Job Simulator, one of the most popular VR games. Summoner, which initially launched for PlayStation 2, is another addition that boasts trophy support – an exciting feature for PS Plus Premium subscribers in July 2024.
