Okay, so Battlefield 6 is coming out tomorrow, and if you’re planning on playing it on PlayStation 5 and have some buddies who are also free, you’re in luck – I’ve got some good news for you!
According to CharlieIntel on X (formerly Twitter), players on PlayStation 5 get a small bonus in the game: a 5% XP boost per match when they play with a group of at least two other PlayStation Plus members.
To play Battlefield 6 online with friends, you’ll need a PlayStation Plus membership – it’s required for all paid games with online multiplayer. Once you have that, just create a party and invite two friends to join the fun!
You’ll get extra XP right away, helping you level up more quickly on the PlayStation 5.
PS5 Players Can Stack XP Boosts For Faster Progression In Battlefield 6
Beyond benefits for PlayStation players, there are also some bonuses available on PC and Xbox Series X|S. For example, players who own Battlefield 6 and team up with others receive a 5% boost.
It looks like you can combine experience point (XP) bonuses in the game. PlayStation 5 players can get a 15% XP boost just by playing with two friends who have PlayStation Plus. On PC and Xbox Series X|S, the combined XP bonus can reach up to 10%.
Battlefield 6 is coming out on October 10th for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. To get players excited, the developers have announced a large day-one update featuring over 200 improvements based on feedback from the game’s beta test.
