During the Bloom Festival event, Infinity Nikki players have the opportunity to embark on a time-bound quest called Echoes of the Past. This quest can be discovered by them, but it will only be accessible for roughly 30 days. Successfully completing this quest offers Infinity Nikki players a chance to secure several rewards.

To embark on the Listening to Echoes of the Past adventure in Infinity Nikki, players must first progress through Chapter 2 of the primary narrative. How To Start Listening To Echoes Of The Past In Infinity Nikki

Starting the “Echoes of the Past” quest is quite straightforward; simply navigate to the quest tab and look for it in your list. Once you’ve found it, click to track, and an icon will guide you towards the White Jade ship in Florawish. Make your way to the ship, board it, and there you’ll meet Hiya. The narrative will then unfold, revealing that the renowned artist/musician, Du Yubai, has vanished. Upon this revelation, Nikki will volunteer her help in finding him.

Where To Find Du Yubai

Locating Du Yubai is quite straightforward since the map provides two potential spots for her within Breezy Meadow. You can simply use a teleport to reach the Bug Catcher’s Cabin Warp Spire, then follow the map’s direction by moving southwards towards the indicated locations. As you reach the hill, veer to your left side because that’s where Du Yubai is hiding. She will be accompanied by some Esselings, so make sure to defeat them before engaging in conversation with her.

How To Get Pony Curls

In this stage, players might find it challenging since they need to locate some elusive items called “Pony Curls”. These “Pony Curls” are hard to get as the ponies are usually spooky and tend to flee. You’ll be given directions that will lead you to a nearby pony field, but remember to don your “Animal Grooming Outfit” and approach the ponies stealthily once you’re at least 100 meters away. This way, you can avoid scaring them off.

To achieve Pony Curls, you should take care of smaller, darker-brown ponies that are distinct from the regular horses found in the pasture.

How To Take A Photo Of Du Yubai

After Momo styles the ponytails for her strings, take a photo of Du Yubai using the camera icon located at the top left corner of your screen. The only way to verify if it’s done right is by observing a golden frame that will surround Du Yubai once completed.

If you find a bug while working on this stage of the quest and don’t notice the golden border, just exit Infinity Nikki, then sign in again to give it another try.

Speak To Monaco And Take A Photo

Following the photo opportunity with Du Yubai, head over to Mayor Grace’s Office for a quick chat. After our meeting, she’ll point out three individuals, and among them is Monaco. He’s conveniently located in a street not far from her office, so just follow the directions provided to locate him easily.

In the end, you’ll have to snap another shot of him along with Du Yubai, and it’s important that they each have a golden border around them for the image to be recognized. Whether Nikki is in the picture or not doesn’t make a difference, so just go ahead, present the photo to Monaco, and proceed to your next objective.

Speak To Fournier And Help With The Proposal

At the establishment known as Ray and Wing’s, you’ll find Chef Fournier. To engage with him, you’ll have to step indoors. Once there, you can volunteer your assistance in organizing a proposal. Here, there are just two assignments for you to finish: helping the chef and planning the romantic surprise.

  1. Either find a Sunny Orchid, Rainy Orchid, or Florapom to give Jeka to prepare for the proposal. It doesn’t matter which flower you give her, as the responses are the same. If you don’t have either of these materials in your bag, you can head to Florawish to find Sunny Orchids and Rainy Orchids, whereas Florapoms can be found in Breezy Meadow.
  2. Once you give your chosen flower to Jeka, head back to the counter and interact with the ‘wait’ prompt. A short cutscene will take place, and afterward, you’ll once again have to take a photo and upload it once it has been taken.
  3. You need to make sure that Nikki, Du Yubai, and the other two guests are in the photo. All of their frames will light up, and once the photo has been taken, do not exit the photo screen. Look at the top right of the frame for an upload button.
  4. If you can’t find an upload button at the top of the frame, exit the game, log out, and log back in to retake the photo. The upload button should pop up then.

Find Elettra

Make your way to the Dream Warehouse Warp Spire, step inside and search for Elettra who’s trapped beneath a heap of books. After that, simply follow the given directions and narrative which will lead you to the rooftop of Dream Warehouse. There, you (Du Yubai), Elettra, and some paper cranes will be freed together.

Watch Du Yubai’s Performance

Once all tasks are finished, make your way towards the White Jade Ship and step inside to witness Du Yubai’s show. To initiate the performance, adjust the time settings so it begins after you take your seat in the evening.

After viewing the ending sequence, have a chat with Du Yubai, then capture another snapshot featuring her. Feel free to arrange the pose as desired; ensure that both Nikki and Du Yubai are clearly visible in the picture. Once completed, Infinity Nikki gamers will be rewarded with:
