Red Dead Redemption is set to release for Android and iOS through Netflix on December 4, 2025.
We’ve already seen news about a potential remake of the original Red Dead Redemption coming to modern consoles like PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. Now, reports suggest a mobile version of the game is also in development.
Red Dead Redemption is Coming to Android and iOS Devices in December 2025
Red Dead Redemption is now listed on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The listings confirm that a Netflix subscription is needed to play the game on mobile devices. The iOS version will take up around 3.1GB of space and requires iOS 18.0 or iPadOS 18.0 (or newer). It’s important to note that this version of the game does not have any multiplayer features.
Players on Android and iOS devices will soon be able to enjoy the full Red Dead Redemption game, including the main story where John Marston chases down outlaws in the American West and Mexico. This version also features the ‘Undead Nightmare’ expansion, which turns the game world into a terrifying struggle for survival against a zombie outbreak.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is now the fourth highest-selling video game of all time! Plus, there’s been more talk online about a possible upgraded version of the game.
