RedOctane Games Includes Former Guitar Hero Production Director
Notable participants include Simon Ebejer, who served as Production Director for multiple Guitar Hero games during his tenure at Neversoft. Later, he ascended to Studio Head and Vice President of Operations at Blizzard Entertainment, where he significantly contributed to the planning and execution of Diablo 4.
RedOctane Games boasts a team of musicians and game designers who worked on hit games like Guitar Hero and DJ Hero, popular franchises from more than two decades back. Despite the gaming genre experiencing a dip in popularity since then, RedOctane Games is committed to revitalizing it.
It was additionally disclosed that Charles and Kai Huang, the founding brothers behind the Guitar Hero series, have been invited to serve on a consultative panel within the organization.
Now that pre-production has lasted for several months, the main production phase has started for RedOctane Games’ initial rhythm game. It will likely be unveiled towards the end of this year.
