- Yellow Quartz: When facing the northeast wall, you can find a stringed instrument attached to the ceiling. Shoot the Yellow Quartz stuck in the strings to free the item.
- Steel Hraesvelgr: Inside the locked closet, which can be opened with the combination: 27-09-17
- F2 Rifle High-Capacity Mag: Inside the locked closet, which can be opened with the combination: 27-09-17
- x7 Handgun Ammo: When facing the east wall, you can find a crate that can be smashed.
- x1 Chem Fluid: On the east wall, open the rotted white drawer to reveal this item.
- 390 Lei: Just after opening the front door, look south to find a sink that can be opened.
