To this very day, Loki continues to admire Rocks, aspiring to emulate him in every way. For Loki, Rocks is like Shanks is to Luffy – a legend to be followed. Currently, in the world of One Piece, it’s Loki who seems to be embodying Rock’s legacy, a concept known as Inherited Will within the series.
