Now, before you catch up on the latest installment, I’d recommend finding out when it will air so you don’t miss a beat!

The Rookie Season 7, Episode 16 Airing At A New Time

Based on Deadline’s report, the seventeenth episode of season 7 for the show “The Rookie” titled “The Return,” will be aired at 10 p.m. instead of 9 p.m. Eastern Time on ABC on Tuesday, April 29th, 2025. This schedule change is due to ABC’s Terry Moran conducting an interview with President Donald Trump, which will air at 8 p.m. E.T. in a program titled “President Trump the First 100 Days: The Interview in the Oval Office.” As a result, the usual 8 p.m. slot occupied by “Will Trent” will be moved to 9 p.m., with “The Rookie” taking over the 8 p.m. time slot for this particular episode.

Previous installments of “The Rookie” Season 7 have delved into Bailey Nune’s (Jenna Dewan) and Nolan’s aspirations to adopt a child, intertwined with her complex emotions regarding the demise of her abusive ex-husband Jason Wyler (Steve Kazee). This season, Malvado (Jimmy Gonzalez) has emerged as a crucial figure.
