Okay, so I’ve been experimenting with Rossi in Arknights: Endfield, and the best build I’ve found so far is giving her the Lupine Scarlet sword along with the MI Security Gear set. Basically, you want to pump up her Agility and Intellect with your Gear – those are her key stats. And super important: Rossi’s all about those critical hits, so make sure you stack enough Crit Rate on her to land them consistently. It really makes a difference!

If you don’t have enough pulls for her signature weapon, you can purchase the Battle Pass to get Glorious Memory. Like Lupine Scarlet, it also gives Agility and Critical Rate, but its passive is less impactful. It boosts Ultimate DMG after she applies Vulnerability. Rossi deals a ton of damage with her Ult, but it’s not her only source of damage, so focusing only on her Ult is not ideal compared to the universal Physical/Heat bonus from Lupine Scarlet. |

The best F2P option for Rossi is Sundering Steel. It boosts Agility and Physical DMG, and grants ATK from its passive. However, the lack of Crit Rate addition can impact Rossi’s stability in battle. |
| Rapid Ascent |

If you prefer leveling up a 6-star weapon, then you can also use Rapid Ascent. This weapon boosts her Main Attribute and Crit Rate, which is perfect, but its passive is not so useful for Rossi. Rapid Ascent increases Physical DMG dealt via Battle Skills and Ultimate. Since Rossi only deals Heat DMG with her Ult, she loses this part of the buff. The sword also increases Battle Skills and Ultimate DMG dealt against staggered enemies, which Rossi can benefit from if you save her Ultimate for only when an enemy is staggered. |
