Indie games have really shined this year, and the recently released co-op game, RV There Yet?, is quickly becoming a fan favorite. The game challenges you and your friends to navigate a winding RV trip home through the challenging terrain of Mabutts Valley.
While you can definitely enjoy the game on your own, it’s more enjoyable and simpler to play with friends. Going it alone means managing everything yourself, which can be challenging. Similar to the game PEAK, RV There Yet? also limits the number of players per session. Many players are curious about the maximum group size, so let’s discuss how many people can join a game, along with some other helpful information.
Max Player Limit in RV There Yet
RV There Yet? is getting a lot of attention, and it’s easy to see why players are excited to play with friends. The game currently lets up to four players join forces for multiplayer, so you can team up with three friends and experience the wild ride through Mabutts Valley together.
The developers mentioned in a Steam FAQ that they’re willing to listen to player feedback regarding the current player limit. While the game currently supports up to four players, they may increase this number in the future if enough people request it. They also hinted at potential improvements to the co-op experience, including new multiplayer features and additional maps in upcoming updates.
Increase Player Limit With the MoreRVers Mod
So, in RV There Yet?, you’re normally limited to playing with just four people, which kinda sucks if you’ve got a bigger group. But thankfully, there’s this awesome mod called MoreRVers that fixes that! I found it over on Nexus Mods, and it lets you play with way more friends – it’s a game changer!

This mod lets you play with up to 24 players in a single game! However, be aware that having too many players might cause some lag. For the smoothest gameplay, we recommend around eight players.
How to Play RV There Yet With Friends
From the main menu, select ‘New Game’ to begin. This will let you create a game lobby and start playing. If you want to play with friends, you’ll need to be connected with them on Steam. You can choose to keep your lobby private and only allow specific friends to join using the ‘Invite Only’ setting, or open it up to all your Steam friends.
Currently, RV There Yet? doesn’t allow players to join public lobbies. You can only play with friends you’ve added on Steam. To play co-op, start a game and then use the ‘Invite Friends’ option in the menu to send invitations.
