Ryu Ga Gotoku Announces New Showcase For Tokyo Game Show

Although it didn’t gain significant popularity in the West until recently, this year marked the launch of Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, which was well-received. As of now, no upcoming game has been announced, so fans are eagerly awaiting any news at the upcoming TGS event.

Among the studio’s most anticipated forthcoming ventures is Stranger Than Heaven, featuring gameplay reminiscent of Yakuza with state-of-the-art visuals.

It’s possible that the next Yakuza/Like a Dragon game could be announced during the event. Some are speculating that Yakuza Kiwami 3, a remake of Yakuza 3, might be next, but it’s still uncertain.
