This article contains spoilers from the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex series.
Summary
- Sarada unlocked the most powerful Mangekyo Sharingan, showcasing her immense power.
- Sarada has surpassed Tsunade and Sakura, becoming the strongest female character in Boruto.
- To rival Sarada, a new female Otsutsuki may need to be introduced in the future of Boruto.
In the world of Boruto, Sarada Uchiha has demonstrated an impressive display of strength, positioning herself as the most formidable female character thus far. This feat is no trivial matter, and it’s exciting for fans to anticipate how she will further exhibit her power and skills in this narrative.
How Sarada Became The Strongest Kunoichi In History
Unlocked the Most Powerful Mangekyo Sharingan
It was no secret that Sarada Uchiha had much potential waiting for her, given that she’s the child of two powerhouse ninjas – Sasuke and Sakura, who are among the strongest in the world.
Nevertheless, she’s frequently taken a backseat in the Boruto narrative compared to characters like Boruto and Kawaki. However, this dynamic has shifted significantly in the latest “Boruto: Two Blue Vortex” chapters, as she now plays a more prominent role.
In the Boruto manga, readers learned that Sarada’s Mangekyo Sharingan activated towards the end of its initial storyline, following the revelation of Naruto’s demise and the looming death of Boruto. The emotional turmoil from these events enabled her to acquire this ability, although she hadn’t utilized it up until now.
In the fight against the Shinju, it became evident just how formidable she was when she unleashed her Mangekyo Sharingan’s might. Known as Ohirume, or Great Sun Goddess, this Mangekyo Sharingan technique, showcased her powers so potently that she managed to instantly defeat a member of the Shinju, Ryu. This is an incredibly impressive accomplishment, as viewers have often witnessed other characters struggle and ultimately fail in attempting such a feat.
Her abilities enable her to generate orbs with strong gravitational forces. With these orbs, she can exert immense pressure on opponents. It’s crucial not to undervalue her powers; there may also be another formidable ability hidden within her other eye, but this will unfold as the narrative continues.
How Sarada Compares to Other Female Characters
Sarada Has Surpassed Tsunade and Sakura
Among all female characters currently featured in Naruto and Boruto, Sarada stands out as the most formidable. When considering potent female figures within this series, Sakura and Tsunade are two other characters often mentioned. Notably, Tsunade was a powerful member of the Sannin trio, matching the might of Jiraiya and Orochimaru. Her strength and healing abilities are remarkable, and her battle against Madara in the Fourth Ninja War serves as a testament to these powers.
Indeed, Sakura embodies all the qualities that Tsunade possesses, but excels beyond her as the exceptional student. In the Fourth Great Ninja War, Sakura displayed remarkable courage and showcased her abilities. Yet, she never attained the prowess of other Team 7 members, Sasuke and Naruto. Until quite recently, Sarada stood out as the most powerful female ninja in Boruto’s world.
Many supporters eagerly anticipate Sarada gaining more knowledge from Sakura, her mother, to further enhance her skills. If Sarada manages to acquire the same healing abilities as Sakura, it’s possible she could use her Mangekyo Sharingan indefinitely. With the Uchiha bloodline and healing powers combined, Sarada would be virtually invincible.
Besides this, if we consider all the female characters from Naruto and Boruto, it’s worth noting that Kaguya Otsutsuki is currently stronger than Sarada. Kaguya, being an Otsutsuki, possesses immense power, serving as the final adversary in the Naruto series. Sarada has a significant journey ahead if she aims to surpass Kaguya, who was previously the most powerful character in the series, even before the Boruto storyline began.
From my perspective, it’s evident that the Boruto series features an impressive array of formidable female characters. However, among them all, Sarada stands out as a singular exception. Other female ninjas, despite their admirable efforts, seem to pale in comparison and unfortunately, it seems unlikely they will match her stature.
Eida possesses a strong talent within Boruto’s narrative, yet she doesn’t engage in combat often. As for Sakura, she currently takes a back seat in the storyline, though enthusiasts eagerly anticipate witnessing her in action again.
I ran away from my true feelings and suppressed my own powers. — Sarada Uchiha
In summary, for a female character from Boruto to match Sarada’s strength, it might be achievable if a previously unseen female member of the Otsutsuki clan appears, given that there are still two Otsutsuki characters remaining undisclosed.
It’s quite plausible that Sarada will achieve her dream of becoming the Hokage, given that she currently holds the title of the strongest female ninja and is likely among the top two strongest ninjas overall.
