  • It Looks Like Hidari Will Be A Bigger Villain Than Jura – Jura is set to fall first, indicating a shift in the usual strength hierarchy.

Just read through chapter 23 of the “Boruto: Two Blue Vortex” manga, and it was nothing short of thrilling! From my perspective, this battle between Boruto Uzumaki and Jura has reached an unprecedented level of intensity – arguably the most exhilarating fight we’ve seen so far.

Concurrently, spectators were treated to significant advancements in the narrative as Kawaki officially entered the fray. Typically, Kawaki’s involvement wouldn’t have made a big difference, but an explosive disclosure by Kashin Koji has left fans anticipating a significant shift in the storyline, one that seems to be closely tied to Sasuke Uchiha. Regrettably, this dramatic turn of events within the world of Boruto seems to portend unfavorable news for Sasuke Uchiha.

Fans Expected Sasuke To Return Soon In Boruto

  • The Shinju Are Expected To Fall Soon
  • Fans Want Sasuke To Return

In the Two Blue Vortex series, the enigmatic creatures known as Shinju were initially presented to audiences at its onset. Since then, the narrative has been steadily developing these intriguing beings, making it clear to viewers that defeating them poses a formidable challenge for any character. What’s more, these entities are rooted in real human origins. A Hitoshinju comes into existence when a Claw Grime bites a human and depletes their chakra. The bitten human serves as the Shinju’s parent body, providing the genetic material for its creation. Remarkably, the Shinju’s abilities mirror those of its parent body, which is what captivates many viewers.

The only one this village needs to hate is me and me alone. — Sasuke Uchiha

In the anime Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, viewers witnessed Sasuke Uchiha succumbing to a Claw Grime, and subsequently, a Shinju known as Hidari emerged from his chakra. Initially, the strength of Hidari was unknown, but it soon became apparent that he ranked second in power among all Shinju, only surpassed by Jura.

In the unfolding tale, the Shinju steadily crumbled, one by one. Already Ryu and Matsuri had tumbled, leaving Mamushi, Hidari, and Jura standing. With their descent commencing, anticipation stirs among us for Sasuke’s reappearance, yet it appears the author harbors different designs.

It Looks Like Hidari Will Be A Bigger Villain Than Jura

Jura Looks Set To Fall First

It’s clear as daylight that among the Shinju, Jura is the most powerful, and Kishimoto has emphasized this point repeatedly. Typically, in such stories, the strongest character engages in a final battle and succumbs at the very end. However, Kishimoto has chosen to deviate from this pattern here. It appears that instead of Jura facing Boruto, having a rematch later, Jura might fall first – an unexpected twist for fans.

When Kawaki clashes with Jura in the fight, spectators are fully aware that he might meet his end in this battle. However, it’s not certain that Mamushi or Hidari will succumb to defeat any time soon.

Hidari Could Outlast Jura Similar To Code

If Hidari survives, it wouldn’t be unprecedented for Kishimoto and Ikemoto to have a weaker group member outlive the strongest. Although Jigen and numerous others from Kara have perished, Code remains alive and active. The possibility of Hidari growing more conscious and surviving for a prolonged period is distressing news for Sasuke’s fans, as it pushes back the expected timeline for his return, which seemed imminent following the demise of Ryu and Matsuri.

On July 20, 2025, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex’s Chapter 24 will be available to the public! The release is scheduled for 10 AM EST or 3 PM UTC. As usual, enthusiasts can access this chapter at no cost on the Manga Plus and Shonen Jump applications.
