The Boruto series is currently very popular, and the creators, Kishimoto and Ikemoto, are working hard to make it as engaging as possible. While the story focuses on Boruto and the new generation, fans are also eagerly anticipating the return of Naruto and Sasuke. These two remain central characters in the Naruto universe, and that won’t change. Luckily, it looks like they’ll be back soon with some significant power boosts.

Throughout the story, both Naruto and Sasuke have lost their most powerful abilities. However, they’re now poised to receive something new: Scientific Ninja Tools. While many fans don’t think much of these tools, they could be incredibly powerful if used effectively. Currently, the story is setting up both Naruto and Sasuke to receive these upgrades.

Naruto And Sasuke Will Embrace Scientific Ninja Tools After Their Return

During the fight with Isshiki, Naruto lost the immense power he gained from Kurama, and Sasuke’s Rinnegan was destroyed by Momoshiki. This left both of them significantly weaker, ultimately leading to them being sealed away separately.

Sasuke Will Gain The Scientific Ninja Sword

In the latest chapter of Boruto, Sasuke Uchiha’s sword received a significant upgrade, even while he’s still sealed. Boruto was able to achieve this by taking the sword to Sumire along with a scroll from the future, which he obtained through Kashin Koji. The scroll contained instructions on how to use future technology to enhance the sword, making it incredibly powerful. As previously revealed, the upgraded sword is now much sharper, cuts with greater force, and constantly emits chakra, which prevents any damage or dulling.

Fans have also noticed that Sumire has imbued the sword with a unique, previously unseen ability. Because the sword now recognizes Sasuke’s chakra, it’s likely to significantly enhance his power.

Naruto Will Likely Gain A New Prosthetic

Similar to Sasuke, Naruto will probably also get a scientific ninja tool. He experimented with a chakra-absorbing prosthetic hand early in the Boruto series, and it’s likely he’ll receive an improved version of it later on.

Sasuke And Naruto Will Be Top Tier Fighters Again

Now that Naruto and Sasuke have gained these abilities, they’re set to be incredibly powerful fighters again, which is exciting for fans.

It’s no surprise that many fans feel Naruto and Sasuke haven’t been treated well in the Boruto series, seemingly to elevate the newer characters. Because of this, fans are eager to see them return to their former strength and glory.

Now that the series has concluded, fans are eager to see Kishimoto and Ikemoto fulfill a long-held wish: for Naruto and Sasuke to reach their full potential and demonstrate incredible strength. Hopefully, the creators will deliver on this expectation.
