This article contains spoilers from One Piece’s Elbaf Arc.
Devil Fruits are widespread throughout the world of One Piece, and many powerful characters in the Grand Line possess one. However, these fruits aren’t all the same – some grant relatively minor abilities, while others are considered incredibly rare and powerful, achieving legendary status.
The Elbaf arc in One Piece has revealed a legendary Devil Fruit, which was eaten by Loki, the Prince of Elbaf. This powerful fruit has been a mystery until now, but recent events in the story suggest its abilities will be shown in the next few chapters. Fans are eagerly anticipating the reveal of its powers.
Loki’s Legendary Devil Fruit Will Finally Be Revealed In The Next Few Chapters Of One Piece
- Loki Ate Elbaf’s Legendary Devil Fruit
- Its Power Is Enough To Rival King Harald
The possibility of Loki having incredibly powerful Devil Fruit abilities was introduced at the start of the Elbaf arc. It was revealed he consumed a legendary fruit from Elbaf, granting him the potential to obliterate not only the island – home to incredibly strong warriors – but the entire world. This immediately establishes that Loki’s powers are exceptionally strong, likely surpassing most other abilities seen so far.
I did everything I did to try and break the endless fighting in Elbaf. I always meant for anyone who wanted to join the Navy to be able to, but not under these circumstances! I offer myself as your prisoner. Guards, please bind me to the post and immediately summon Elder Jarul and Loki. — King Harald, One Piece Chapter 1168
Fourteen years after King Harald’s death, Loki ventured out to sea and instantly earned a massive bounty of 2.6 billion berries. The reason for such a high bounty is currently a mystery, but the World Government clearly saw him as a significant threat, offering the reward immediately after he began his journey. This likely stems from the rare and powerful Devil Fruit he possesses.
Fans have been eagerly speculating about the powers Loki will gain from his Devil Fruit. After a long anticipation, the reveal is finally coming! Chapter 1169 of One Piece will kick off the fight between King Harald and Loki and Jarul, and it’s during this battle that Loki will mysteriously eat the legendary Devil Fruit, unlocking its abilities.
During the fight with King Harald, he’s expected to use a powerful, legendary ability from a Devil Fruit to finally defeat him. However, even though Loki will likely be the one to kill Harald and ultimately save Elbaf, he’ll probably be rejected and abandoned by the people for his actions.
Loki’s Devil Fruit Has The Power To Destroy The World
Although we don’t know exactly what Loki’s Devil Fruit does, it’s clearly incredibly destructive. Loki himself thinks he’s the Sun God in the world of One Piece, which hints that his fruit might be a Mythical Zoan type. It’s not the actual Sun God fruit – Luffy is already established as Nika – but Loki’s fruit could share enough similarities with Luffy’s to make him mistakenly believe he is Nika.
Listen closely. I am the Sun God, a figure from the legends of this land. You must not address me without my consent, mortal. I am the strongest being in these Lands, and this is Warland, the Kingdom of Violence—Elbaf. It was once the most powerful nation on Earth, built on the art of war. I am Loki, and I have the power to destroy the world!
As a huge fan, I’ve been thinking about Loki’s potential Devil Fruit, and it’s wild to consider he might end up with another Mythical Zoan! It could be a twisted version of the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika – maybe a ‘Dark Nika’ – or even something connected to the God of Destruction from Elbaf, the being the country is actually named after! It makes so much sense, because Loki’s whole goal is destruction, and that’s essentially how he views Nika anyway.
We’ll likely find out what special Devil Fruit Loki possesses within the next few chapters, and that’s when he’ll eat it.
Loki’s Legendary Devil Fruit Will Change One Piece Forever
Fans are anticipating that Loki’s Devil Fruit will be a game-changer in One Piece, permanently altering the series’ landscape. This fruit isn’t just powerful – it’s been a treasured heirloom within the royal family of Elbaf for generations, explaining its legendary status.
This Devil Fruit has been around for centuries without anyone consuming it, suggesting that someone specific was destined to eat it – and Elbaf was aware of who that person would be. Since Devil Fruits generally seek out compatible users, it appears the fruit chose Loki, indicating he’ll play a crucial role in the upcoming war.
Loki And Luffy Will Fight Together
Loki’s unique abilities, combined with Luffy’s Nika fruit, are crucial for bringing real change to the world. Interestingly, Rocks mentioned wanting two specific Devil Fruit powers, intending one for Harald and the other for himself. It’s likely Luffy’s Nika fruit was one of them, and Loki’s Devil Fruit power was the other. Together, these powers could be the key to defeating Imu during the events in Elbaf.
Eiichiro Oda’s popular manga, One Piece, follows Monkey D. Luffy and his crew, the Straw Hat Pirates, on their adventure to find the legendary treasure, the One Piece.
