According to its lone creator, Tyler, an update for Schedule 1 is planned to be launched on the following day.
According to a recent announcement by Tyler, the upcoming update on X is nearly finalized and is expected to launch on Monday in its entirety. As for what’s included in this update, Schedule 1 reveals that it will feature a boutique store, a pawnshop, some new wall decorations, and additional exciting elements.
Meanwhile, Tyler’s latest announcement (written at this moment) mentioned that the v0.3.4 open beta is taking a bit more time than anticipated, with its release scheduled for early morning. To clarify, Tyler resides in Australia, hence players on the east coast can anticipate receiving the BETA update during the afternoon, while those in the UK should expect it during the nighttime hours.
The one-person development team behind this game has seen immense success, as the first schedule boasts an impressive 414,000 simultaneous players. This record is expected to be broken later today.
Although it’s achieved some level of success, it’s important to note that this didn’t come without challenges. The developer is allegedly dealing with intellectual property copyright issues and is under investigation for potential infringement. The specific details about these problems are still unclear, but so far, the developer has yet to provide any comment on the situation.
Information on the investigation has appeared on the website papbiznes, under a document titled: “MOVIE GAMES SA (17/2025) Initiating Investigation into the Creators of Production Schedule 1 for allegations of Intellectual Property infringement and unfair competition against them.
