As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming under my belt, the news of Sega Classics delisting has left me feeling a bit like an old man lamenting about the good ol’ days. I remember spending countless hours on these games, from Alien Storm to Wonder Boy in Monster World, and the thought of them disappearing from digital shelves fills me with a sense of nostalgic sadness.
As a devoted fan, I’ve learned that come December 6, 2024, over 60 Sega Classics games and bundles will no longer be available for fresh purchases. However, the good news is that any Sega Classic games or bundles already in my collection won’t disappear; they’ll stay right there in my library, ready to be played whenever I feel like reliving those nostalgic moments, even including the ones accessible through a Nintendo Switch Online subscription!
