Muzan is a clever being with a deep understanding of science and a long lifespan, making it likely that he could eventually unlock Nezuko’s abilities, even if it takes time. This is a risk that humanity cannot afford to take. Although Nezuko possesses remarkable strength and abilities, it’s in everyone’s best interest for her to remain hidden from Muzan and kept as far away as possible to minimize the chance of her ever being captured by him.

From a logical perspective, it’s challenging to comprehend why Muzan couldn’t acquire Nezuko’s powers if she entered the Infinity Castle with the other Demon Slayers. This potential plot hole would be significant, as it would eliminate a vulnerability that Muzan could be exploited for. Given Nezuko’s crucial role in the series and her popularity among fans, it seems plausible that she will have limited involvement in the Infinity Castle arc.
