To find the boy, take the path leading up to the Mountain that connects to En, which will lead you to En – Old District. From there, make your way to Owen’s Shop. On the left side of the residence, you’ll discover the young man standing beside Mechteria.
During the conversation with him, select the following dialogue options:

Afterward, return to the mother to complete the side quest and receive 1 Iron Key as a reward.
