How to Get the ‘Bliss’ Ending in Silent Hill 2 Remake
To obtain the fresh ending, you need to complete the game initially and activate the New Game Plus feature. This mode not only provides an extraordinarily potent chainsaw but is also the sole method for unveiling the joke endings as well as ‘Bliss’ and ‘Stillness’. During your New Game Plus experience, you’ll come across some novel key items that you can gather.
To conclude the ‘Bliss’ storyline, remember to visit Pete’s Bowl-O-Rama at some point. This should be done following your encounter with Maria, but prior to your hospital visit. Upon reaching Pete’s establishment, you’ll stumble upon a safe that needs a combination. The combination for this safe is 1887. Inside the safe, you will discover a new artifact called “Rusted Key”.
The note containing the code is located near a deceased body, just beyond the Historical Society building along the roadside.
As a gamer, I’d navigate my way to the hospital, continuing my game’s adventure as usual. Whilst delving into the hospital’s depths, before venturing into its Otherworld counterpart, you’ll stumble upon a tranquil garden area with a gazebo at its center. Nestled under this gazebo, there lies a tiny treasure chest waiting to be claimed.
Where to Use White Claudia
First, proceed through the game until you arrive at Room 312 in the Lakeview Hotel where you find the tape. Before you watch the video, don’t forget to check your inventory and use the White Claudia item. Then, interact with the VCR as usual. By doing so, you will have successfully unlocked the ‘Bliss’ ending.
Remember to sip on White Claudia prior to handling the VCR; otherwise, attempting to operate it following the video playback won’t work, and you’ll be forced to restart from an earlier save point instead.
