In Silent Hill 2 Remake, after exiting Rosewater Park with Maria, I stumbled across a locked garage door opposite Jacks Inn – a find that would prove crucial for my survivability. Inside this garage, I discovered various items hidden away waiting to be collected.

Where is the Locked Garage Door Located in Silent Hill 2?
Once they finish working on the Blue Creek Apartments, players will move on to Rosewater Park where they will encounter Maria. Upon leaving Rosewater Park, take a left turn and you’ll notice a signboard for Andy’s Pizza. Enter the area, and at the end of it, you’ll find a locked garage door with a car parked awkwardly beneath it, which appears to have been stolen (carjack).
After engaging with Jack, players will discover it lacks a handle. From hereon, their task is to locate the lever they can apply to the garage door jack, enabling them to raise the shutters.
How to Find the Garage Door Lever in Silent Hill 2
Players should make their way towards the Octantis Fuels area, which is located to the right of Jacks Inn (as shown on the map). To get there, leave Andy’s Pizza and walk along the road heading right. Keep an eye out for any hidden Silent Hill items as you journey, since they can be looted along the way.
Upon arriving at the Octantis Fuels region, make your way to the opposite side of the fuel pump to discover a car raised on a jack, identifiable by its green color. Manipulating the jack will bestow upon players the jack’s handle. This is one of the less conspicuous bonus puzzles that, when solved, rewards players with valuable resources. Do take heed, as lowering the car may draw nearby monsters. Now, players can revisit the locked garage door within Andy’s Pizza complex to raise the shutter.
What’s Inside the Locked Garage Door near Jacks Inn?
Once you get back to Andy’s Pizza, pull up the lever to open the shutter on the garage door. With the small entrance now available, James can squeeze through and gain entry. Inside the locked garage, players will discover a health drink, syringe, and ammo as valuable resources.
In a toolbox painted red, you’ll discover one of the “Strange Photo” collectibles named “Made It!“. If you’re on track with the collectibles, gathering all these peculiar photos will earn players the “Pieces of Unarranged” Trophy/achievement.
