How to Solve the Generator Puzzle in Silent Hill 2
As players enter the Serpent Segment of Toluca Prison, guided by the Death Row Map, they can proceed towards the Witness Room. There, they’ll find a generator affixed to the wall next to a locked door. The objective for the players is to crank up the Witness Room generator to the ‘red zone’. They will need to adjust six switches in a particular sequence before the lever gets activated.
Moving from left to right, the sequence for flipping the switches is as follows: first switch number 1, then move to switch number 2, continue with switch number 3, proceed to switch number 4, next is switch number 5, and lastly, flip switch number 6.

Following this sequence of switches will move the dial into the red zone. Now, everyone just needs to pull the lever on the right-hand side.
