Here are my thoughts: first, the VIPs are coming back; second, Hwang Jun-ho might have discovered the location of Squid Games; third, I believe the person inside that coffin could be jung- bae,” the fan speculated. The VIPs refer to a group of wealthy and masked individuals. They were introduced in Season 1, Episode 7 named “VIPs.” They were depicted as heartless figures who enjoyed the deadly games for amusement. They can be recognized by their golden animal masks and entourage of staff members who cater to their needs.

In simpler terms, the creator and director of the series, Hwang Dong-hyuk, referred to the VIP characters as “the powerful elite, the global CEOs.” He also drew parallels between President Donald Trump and these questionable characters, suggesting that Trump resembles one of the VIPs in the show ‘Squid Game.’ The filmmaker stated, “With Trump becoming the U.S. president, it seems he shares characteristics with a VIP character.
