In the game, the Quarry becomes accessible once you finish assembling the Crafts Room Set within the Community Centre. This area houses all the ores and gems that the game offers, although the Quarry has its own special mechanism: there’s a possibility of discovering new mineral nodes every day.

As a gamer, I’ve stumbled upon some precious treasures deep within the Quarry that don’t show up every day. The Mystic Stone, for instance, might just reward me with a coveted Prismatic Shard, although it’s not a guarantee. And then there’s the elusive Iridium Node, which pops up an incredibly rare 0.0133% of the time. Finding these rarities makes the grind worthwhile!

Although this isn’t the most lucrative ore mining spot in Stardew Valley, it’s a consistent place to find necessary crafting ores, and every now and then, you might stumble upon something exceptionally rare.

This prized artifact can be obtained by players engaging with the Grim Reaper Statue within the mine. The Golden Scythe is highly beneficial for boosting speed and productivity, especially when it comes to reaping hay and crops like hops during farming activities.

5 The Mine: Floors 40-79

On these levels, you’ll find an icy, wintery ambiance with all the adversaries and riches. At level 60, there’s an excellent hidden fishing location where gamers can catch elusive species like Ice Pips, Ghostfish, and Cave Jellies. These fish are essential for filling player collections, particularly the hard-to-get Ice Pip, which requires skillful maneuvering to reel in.

While mining here can feel quite perilous compared to the ordinary mine, many players endorse using bombs as an effective means for swiftly eliminating enemies.

On level 100 of the Skull Cavern, the player will come across Mr. Qi, causing a brief cinematic sequence to unfold where he hands the player a unique gift.
