You’ll start with access to an electric scooter, but you’ll need a Scooter Rental Pass to use it. The good news is you can get this pass for free! This guide explains all the ways to earn a Scooter Rental Pass on Starsand Island.

Where to Get the Scooter Rental Pass in Starsand Island

The Scooter Rental Pass is an item that, once acquired, allows you to gain access to an electric scooter anywhere on Starsand Island. There are plenty of electric scooters to be found across Starsand Town, and finding and getting a Scooter Rental Pass will be needed to ride a scooter. The first way you can obtain the Scooter Rental Pass is through the main quest. While learning to become an Apprentice Crafter with Zerine, you’ll meet Neona, an engineer and owner of the G-Power Bike store, and after speaking with her, she’ll give you the Scooter Rental Pass. Unlike the Hot Spa Ticket, you cannot buy a Scooter Rental Pass anywhere in Starsand Town for the time being. Nevertheless, the other way to acquire the Scooter Rental Pass is through exploration, mainly by opening Treasure Chests found in the open world, where you may randomly get a Scooter Rental Pass.
