
The exciting action-adventure game Stellar Blade, initially launched, is set to have a follow-up. After pondering over the idea following its initial debut, Shift Up has officially announced during a recent presentation that they intend to launch a sequel before 2027.
It appears that the project, titled Project Witches, which is under development for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, might have been accelerated in its release date. Details about it are scarce at this point, but given Shift Up’s recent hiring spree for an urban sci-fi action RPG, it could potentially be the same game they were referring to a month ago.
The original version is set to launch on June 11th for PC. This release comes with additional support for upscalers, adjustable frame rates, and exclusive features. You’ll also find new costumes, an optional new boss, Japanese and Chinese voiceovers, and other enhancements. If you’re a PS5 owner, this new content will be available to you at no extra cost through a free update.
The “Stellar Blade Complete Edition” debuts simultaneously, offering the core game along with the cross-over DLC from “NieR: Automata“, as well as all previous updates. This edition is planned to release on both PC and PlayStation 5 systems.
