Greetings everyone! It’s great to see you all. Once upon a time, summer was known as the dry spell for gaming releases, with publishers holding back their new titles until the holiday season. But those days are far behind us now, and we’re constantly bombarded with exciting news throughout the year! In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were updates every day. So let’s dive right in!
Ashes of Singularity 2
Escalation.
The Guild – Europa 1410
The game titled “The Guild: Europa 1410,” recently unveiled by THQ Nordic and Ashborne Games, is a fresh simulation strategy title that harks back to the origins of the series, drawing inspiration from the 2002 game “Europa 1400: The Guild.” Players will embark on a journey starting as a small business in a medieval town and gradually expand it into a vast empire. As economic might grows, so do political ambitions. Players will need to maneuver through the complex political climate of the era using less-than-honorable tactics, much like they would in “Crusader Kings 3.” Unfortunately, a release date hasn’t been disclosed yet, but rest assured, I’ll be keeping a close watch on its development.
Battlefield 6 Open Beta Running Right Now!
The announcement of Battlefield 6 received overwhelming positive feedback, with those who’ve already played it appreciating its return to classic gameplay elements. These elements aren’t referring to Battlefield 1942, but rather Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4, widely considered the best games in the series. Given that I’m just one person, and not immune to excitement, I’ll likely be participating in the Battlefield 6 Open Beta by the time you read this. The beta runs from August 9th-10th, as well as August 14th-17th!
