Okay, so I’m playing Disney Dreamlight Valley, and Cruella’s acting so weird! It’s part of her third friendship quest, called ‘Stripes are in this Season,’ and apparently she drank a potion from Ursula. Now I’m running around talking to everyone in the Valley, trying to figure out where her sense of style went! It’s a pretty funny quest, honestly, trying to help her get back to being the fabulous designer we know and love.
How To Trigger Stripes Are In This Season Quest In DDV
You can start the “Stripes are in this Season” quest by unlocking Tigger in Disney Dreamlight Valley and becoming friends with Cruella De Vil until you reach friendship level 7 with her.
She won’t tell you what’s wrong with her at first until you wear something orange and pink.
Once you’ve changed clothes, talk to Cruella. She’ll explain that she lost her ability to create stylish outfits after a conversation with Ursula.
To understand what happened, we need to find the sea witch, Ursula. It seems Cruella really offended Ursula by criticizing her style. Ursula challenged Cruella to drink a potion to prove her own fashion expertise. Ursula then tricked Tigger into drinking the potion instead, turning him into a fashion icon, which made Cruella even more furious.
If you chat with Tigger, he’ll return Cruella’s sense of style, but first you’ll need to complete a scavenger hunt and get clues from other characters to find where it’s hidden. However, you can actually get Cruella’s fashion sense right away without talking to anyone in DDV.
Where To Find Cruella’s Fashion Sense Without Hints In DDV
To discover Cruella’s style, go to Hunny Falls and look in the upper right corner, close to the honey waterfall. You’ll find a red potion bottle buried – dig it up with a shovel, then talk to Cruella. Tigger is relieved to no longer be considered a fashion expert, but a new issue has come up.
The designer isn’t sure if this will succeed, but let’s collect the materials needed to build an Antique British Lamppost.
