Strongest Superheroes In Dispatch

Although Dispatch initially seems like a choice-driven game with lots of cutscenes, that’s not quite how it plays. While important decisions do impact the story, you’ll actually spend a lot of time managing and completing dispatch sequences.

Today, Robert is in charge of the Z-Team and needs to choose the best superhero to handle an important call. While Dispatch has many talented heroes, a few are particularly exceptional.

5. Phenomaman

The Most Powerful Being Unless He is Depressed

  • Recommended Upgrade Stats: Combat, Mobility & Vigor

Phenomenon is an alien character who struggles to understand human behavior, often feeling like an outsider. Despite this, he’s a surprisingly capable superhero. He becomes available to join the team in the fourth episode, and Robert must choose between him and Waterboy. Choosing Phenomenon is a strong move, as he boasts the best initial stats. His high scores in Vigor, Mobility, and Combat make him a dependable character for many situations, and he’s well-suited for tackling challenges on his own.

Phenomenon’s special ability is a double-edged sword for the Z-Team. It lets him quickly recover – giving him downtime every two seconds – which means he’s usually ready to go. However, if teammates make incorrect decisions or miss important cues, Phenomenon becomes disheartened and needs a much longer 45-second break. This extended downtime significantly limits his availability during a shift.

Okay, so I’ve figured out that if I nail every call and consistently send in Phenomenon when I team up with others, my success rate goes way up. Also, some of the hero training I do can actually change how quickly I – and my teammates – recover after a call, which is pretty neat.

4. Coupe

The Perfect Duo Partner

  • Recommended Upgrade Stats: Mobility & Intelligence

This skilled mercenary used to be an assassin and is a valuable asset to the team. A significant choice regarding Coupe appears at the end of episode three. She begins with strong Combat, Mobility, and Intelligence stats, but players should prioritize upgrading Mobility and Intelligence, as many other Superheroes already excel in Combat.

I’m really excited about this character! Her ability kicks in when there are at least two open spots on the team. If I put her in the first slot, she gives everyone a +1 to Combat, which is awesome for damage dealing. But if I put her in the second slot, she boosts Mobility by +1, making the whole team faster. Honestly, she really shines in larger teams where she can help everyone else. She’s super versatile, and I think she’s a fantastic teammate. She’s especially good with Punch Up – those two just work perfectly together, they’re clearly a power duo!

I’m really excited about this hero! If you put her through some of the training exercises, she actually learns to fly! Even better, her stats get a huge boost – they go from +1 all the way up to +3! And if you mess up the initial call, don’t worry – she has a second ability that lets you try again, giving you another chance to get the graph right.

3. Sonar

Sometimes a Bat, Sometimes a Hybrid?

  • Recommended Upgrade Stats: Intelligence & Charisma

Sonar is a remarkably intelligent hero, when he chooses to be, and stands out in Dispatch due to his ability to transform into a bat, altering his strengths. He begins with strong stats in Intelligence and Charisma – qualities essential for handling critical calls. Players can further develop these traits, making Sonar the go-to choice whenever a situation demands a sharp mind.

I’m really excited about this character! Basically, when you activate his ability, he turns into a bat. It’s cool because it completely changes his stats – his Intelligence and Combat swap, and so do his Charisma and Vigor! This means he can be a super tough fighter for a while, then he goes back to being a more balanced character. And get this – he has an amazing synergy with Malevola! She can heal him when he’s hurt, which is awesome because he’s not naturally the strongest fighter in his hybrid form. She really covers his weaknesses!

While flight is a useful ability, the most important one for this character is ‘Talk Sh*t’. This allows him to recover from unsuccessful attempts and try again. Combined with high Intelligence and Charisma, he can handle many calls on his own and be a strong partner in team situations.

2. Golem

One Man Army

  • Recommended Upgrade Stats: Vigor & Charisma

Okay, so Golem is this huge dude made of clay and dirt, and basically, he’s the tank for our team. He starts out super strong in Combat and Vigor, but surprisingly, he also has some Charisma! If you’re playing him, I’d definitely focus on leveling up his Vigor and Charisma first. That way, he’s a really solid tank who can both soak up damage and actually hold a decent conversation – it’s a nice balance!

Golem really excels when you first deploy him. He gets a boost – gaining +2 to a specific stat – if placed in certain positions with multiple slots. While he might lose -1 to another stat, this usually isn’t a problem, as players will focus on maximizing the stat needed for the current challenge. He works particularly well with Invisigal, who handles movement and combat, letting you easily control a large area of the map.

The “Spread Thin” ability is a key strength to aim for. If you send this character to a call alone and there are multiple open slots, he’ll expand to fill them, boosting his stats by 25% for each slot – up to a maximum of 200%. This makes him a great option, even if you don’t have a full team to send on bigger calls.

1. Flambae

Too Hot to Handle!

  • Recommended Upgrade Stats: Combat & Mobility

Okay, so I’ve been playing as Flambae, and he’s seriously cool – this hero basically commands fire! He’s always getting into it with Robert and Mecha Man, which is kinda funny. He’s actually pretty key to the story, especially when it comes to a big choice we have to make at the end of Episode 5. When you start playing him, his stats are really well-rounded, but he’s strongest in Combat and Mobility. Honestly, if you want to make him a powerhouse, those are the stats you definitely want to level up. He’s a fantastic fighter if you do!

Flambae’s special ability gives him a small boost to both his fighting strength and how quickly he moves after each successful task. This boost can build up with each success, making him significantly stronger and faster, but it resets if he fails a task. This makes Flambae an excellent pick for flight training, allowing him to reach destinations and return much more quickly.

He also has powerful abilities, like Supernova, which greatly boosts his attack and movement speed while eliminating his cooldown. However, if Supernova fails, his stats will be reduced to their lowest value. While risky, if you can reliably use it successfully, Flambae will become a huge asset to your team.
