This post contains spoilers for My Hero Academia.
My Hero Academia has become incredibly popular over the past twenty years. People love it because of its compelling storyline and memorable characters. The creator, Horikoshi Kohei, truly deserves recognition for his work. My Hero Academia wouldn’t be possible without him.
One of the biggest factors in its popularity has been the fantastic anime series created by Studio Bones. The team at the studio put in a lot of hard work to produce an adaptation that people will enjoy for a long time. However, like all great shows, My Hero Academia anime will eventually conclude. The final season is scheduled to premiere in October 2025, and its ending will be greatly missed. Fans are already anticipating its arrival and preparing to say goodbye. It’s been a remarkable journey.
My Hero Academia Season 8 Release Date Has Been Confirmed
MHA Season 8 Will Release In October 2025

- My Hero Academia Season 8 will be released in October 2025
- Marriagetoxin is Studio Bones’ next big project
As I mentioned before, My Hero Academia Season 8 is scheduled to arrive in October 2025. It’s going to be the final season, bringing Midoriya Izuku’s incredible story to a close. Honestly, it feels like just yesterday we first met Midoriya and fell in love with his pure heart and heroic spirit! Now, we’re getting ready to say goodbye, and it’s definitely bittersweet. We can’t change the fact that the anime is ending, but I’m holding onto the hope that Midoriya will get a truly satisfying conclusion to his journey.

The eighth season of My Hero Academia is being created by Studio Bones, the animation house behind all previous seasons and films. They’ve done an excellent job bringing the series to life, which is a major reason why My Hero Academia is so popular. Studio Bones has consistently delivered high-quality work, and fans are hoping that continues with Season 8. They’ve given viewers very few reasons to be dissatisfied with the series, and they aim to keep it that way.
Once My Hero Academia concludes, it will undoubtedly leave a void in the anime world. The team at Studio Bones will likely experience a sense of completion, but quickly move on to new work. It’s probable that many crew members are already involved in other projects, such as Marriagetoxin.
My Hero Academia Replacement Will Be Released In 2026
Marriagetoxin Is An Amazing Manga Series

The anime adaptation of Marriagetoxin was announced not long ago, and it’s being produced by Bones Film, which is part of Studio Bones. This studio previously created My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, which came out in March 2025. That adaptation was well-received, and fans really enjoyed it – so much so that a second season was quickly confirmed. Overall, Bones Film is a very capable studio and seems well-equipped to handle the challenge of bringing Marriagetoxin to life.
Readers of Marriagetoxin already know how amazing the manga is and how much it deserves a high-quality adaptation. So, choosing Bones Film to handle the series is a fantastic move, and it should help the manga gain even more fans. While Marriagetoxin might not be a direct replacement for My Hero Academia, it definitely has the potential to take its place. The manga has already sold well, but it’s not quite at the level of My Hero Academia or Jujutsu Kaisen. However, an anime adaptation could easily change that. It’s well known that a well-made anime can truly make all the difference.

Historically, many manga series have become incredibly popular after their anime adaptations are released. A prime example of this is Demon Slayer. While the manga was already successful, it wasn’t widely known outside of Japan. However, once the first season aired, it quickly became a worldwide hit.
The manga also became very popular in Japan, with fans starting to purchase the individual books. It was recently announced that Demon Slayer has sold over 220 million copies, making it one of the highest-selling manga series ever. This clearly shows that an anime adaptation can be really beneficial for a series. We hope that Marriagetoxin will also get a similar opportunity with Bones Film.
