Summer Game Fest is coming back in 2026! The event now has a confirmed date and will be held at a new location.
Geoff Keighley announced on social media Tuesday that the yearly summer gaming event will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026. This year’s show will be different, taking place at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California.
Geoff Keighley describes the show as a fantastic display of upcoming video games across all platforms. Viewers can also expect to see a lot of new game announcements and first looks.
Summer Game Fest 2025 was held on June 6th at the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California. This marked the third consecutive year the event was hosted at that location since it started including live, in-person shows. Highlights from this year’s presentation included new looks at games like Lego Voyagers, Deadpool VR, Dying Light: The Beast, and Resident Evil: Requiem.
Tickets for Summer Game Fest 2026 will go on sale in Spring 2026.
