Surprising Warzone LMG has “ridiculous” movement speed & TTK after buff

As a seasoned gamer with over a decade under my belt, I can confidently say that the resurgence of the TAQ Evolvere in Warzone is like finding a long-lost friend at a reunion – nostalgic yet refreshing! Back in Season 1 Reloaded, this beauty ruled the roost, and now it’s back to claim its throne.

As a gamer, I’m back on the battlefield with Warzone’s TAQ Evolvere, and it’s proving to be a top choice once more. Its impressive agility makes movement around the map a breeze, while its quick close-to-mid-range Time To Kill (TTK) stats are simply amazing.

Initially dominating during Season 1 Reloaded, the TAQ Evolvere reigned supreme in the game’s meta. But since power adjustments were made, it didn’t receive much attention until now. This is because its strafing speed and swift Time-to-Kill (TTK) have been noticed after a minor buff to its leg modifiers in the Season 5 update, making it popular once more.

Originally, it served as a mid to long-range weapon, however, you might find it more advantageous to think of it as a Sniper’s aid when equipped with attachments that enhance its movement speed.

Just like the Superi 46, the accelerated ADS movement in this weapon makes me a tricky target, especially for close and medium-range encounters. It’s fascinating to discover how nimble I can be with an LMG, considering that these guns are usually quite cumbersome.

Additionally, popular Call of Duty YouTuber WhosImmortal analyzed the time-to-kill (TTK) of the TAQ Evolvere using TrueGameData, demonstrating its quick TTK effectiveness within a 40-meter range. In close quarters, the LMG outperforms rivals such as the Holger 26, DG-58 LSW, and Bruen Mk9, but performance weakens at greater distances.

For optimal results, consider constructing the TAQ Evolvere alongside attachments expanding its reach. However, for top-tier performance, pair it with weapons designed for long-range shooting such as the Kar98k or TAQ Eradicator (as a secondary to your LMG).

The TAQ Evolver performs exceptionally well in maps such as Vondel, Rebirth Island, and Fortune’s Keep, due to the fact that a large number of firefights usually occur at distances of around 40 meters on these maps.

As Season 5 Reloaded nears and the prelude to Black Ops 6 arrives, it’s wise to test out weapons such as the TAQ Evolvere because it might maintain its relevance till the conclusion of the active season for Modern Warfare 3.
