Before they go their separate ways, she makes one last request of Arthur, asking him to address her as grandma once – a plea he grants after being propelled into the portal in an effort to rescue her.

Overwhelmed by Sylvia’s demise, Arthur would unexpectedly hear her voice once more through a recording. This recording motivates Arthur to carry on, hinting that he will uncover more secrets as he advances his mana core beyond the white stage, at which point she will clarify everything. As the message concludes, she acknowledges she has kept certain facts hidden, signing off by addressing him as King Grey, his name from the old world.
