During your chat, she reveals that her husband, Duncan, is a well-known cloth merchant from Kamelot, and they are here to negotiate deals with the Lightkeepers.

Additionally, she mentions her intention to linger at Seaside Mansion for a period. Yet, it seems that the dilapidated manor with the ocean view unfortunately hosts some uninvited visitors. Alisa requests that you handle their removal.

Clear Out the Bandits in the Seaside Mansion 

After our chat, make your way towards the Seaside Manor located to the north, by sticking close to the shoreline. Upon arrival, you’ll discover a gang of miscreants using this mansion as their lair. In this region, expect to come across adversaries such as Mad Infantrymen, Mad Archers, and Corrupted Knights. Once inside the Seaside Manor, eliminate every last bandit to ensure the manor’s safety.

Return and Report to Alisa

After you’ve finished clearing the mansion, make your way back to Alisa at Ron’s Tavern, where she is with her husband, Duncan. Engage in conversation with Alisa to update her on your errand and assure her that the mansion is now safe for them to stay in. Following a lengthy discussion, the One Percent quest comes to an end.
