The 10 Best Co-Op Games of 2025

For me, one of the best things about gaming is definitely playing with other people. It doesn’t matter if I’m chilling on the couch with my family, teaming up with friends, or even meeting new people online – playing co-op games is just awesome. We can bond, make new friends, and have these crazy experiences together, from getting totally stuck to celebrating huge wins – it’s always a blast!

In 2025, players enjoyed a diverse selection of co-op games, including large-scale survival adventures, traditional beat ’em ups, and role-playing games, as well as challenging roguelikes and other genres. The year was especially strong for brand new game ideas, though several excellent sequels and fresh installments in popular series also launched. The games listed below are organized alphabetically.

It’s shaping up to be one of the most challenging survival games of 2025, and it truly brings Frank Herbert’s world to life. You can get involved in the conflict between the Atreides and Harkonnen, learn to control the powers of spice, and experience everything the Dune universe has to offer. Best of all, it looks like it’ll be fun for both newcomers and long-time fans!

Elden Ring Nightreign

In 2025, fans of Elden Ring experienced a new adventure called Elden Ring Nightreign. This cooperative game combines action, roguelike elements, and features inspired by battle royale and RPGs. With more downloadable content planned for 2026, the satisfying co-op powerwashing experience will continue well into the next year.

RV There Yet?

Every driver dreads that familiar question on a long trip: “Are we there yet?” But the new co-op adventure game, RV There Yet?, from Nuggets Entertainment, throws you right into that situation. You and a friend play as travelers returning from a road trip in an RV. When a detour leads you to the treacherous Mabutts Valley, things quickly get chaotic. You’ll need to work together, using a winch to pull your RV through, over, and around obstacles. Don’t forget to take breaks for burgers and enjoy the scenery—but keep your EpiPens handy, because the wildlife in RV There Yet? is definitely dangerous!
