Subsequently, a popular romance novel sparked interest among the maids of the inner court, igniting a sudden desire to learn how to read and write among them all.

In my excitement, I’d like to share that these captivating books weave multiple tales. One such story follows MaoMao, a tenacious book merchant, as she embarks on an exciting new venture. Another intriguing narrative unfolds when the influential figures strive to inspire the largely unlettered maids to acquire reading and writing skills. Lastly, there’s the tale of MaoMao crafting a unique book designed for the exclusive inner court populace. It’s also worth mentioning that Gaoshun appears fascinated by the clandestine printing process behind MaoMao’s books, and she seems well-versed in its intricate methods.
