You can start the “De Vil Crash” quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley by finishing the “Decay of Fashion” quest first. Once Cruella has had her snacks and tea, she’ll be ready to talk to you.
Please change into the Chic Equestrian Uniform before you talk to her again. The designer needs assistance, as always, and is looking for the missing pieces of her journal.

Fragment Near Quarry Entrance On The Beach Location In DDV
Okay, so I need to go to the very northwest part of Paisley Park. There’s a beach there, and right near where the quarry entrance is, I should be able to find a fragment. Got it!
Fragment At The Bottom Of The Quarry In DDV
Descend to the bottom of the quarry to locate the next fragment of Cruella’s journal.
Fragment Near A Waterfall In DDV
Head to Runway River and run towards the waterfall on the northeast side – that’s where you’ll find the fragment.
How To Complete The De Vil Crash Quest In DDV – Disney Dreamlight Valley
With Cruella’s journal finished, she wants to retrieve her car from the wreckage – the Crystal Key is locked in the trunk. It’s up to Dreamers to collect the parts needed and build a Rope and Pulley Repair Kit to get it out.

Make the Rope and Pulley Repair Kit and deliver it to Cruella De Vil. She’ll reward you with a Mod Saddle for your Wishblossom Horse, which will be used to pull the car.
Equip the saddle on the horse and watch as it helps pull the car out of the crash site.
Once you finish The De Vil Crash quest, Cruella will be too upset about her damaged car to immediately give you the Crystal Key, so she’ll need some time to recover.
