The anticipated rumored remake or remaster of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion remains unconfirmed, yet more details are surfacing. As per Lord Cognito, a reliable source in past instances, on the Defining Duke Podcast, it is said to encompass the core game along with all additional downloadable content.
According to a highly reliable source, Cognito mentioned that both the “Shivering Isles” and horse armor will be part of it. Therefore, we can confidently include the “Knights of the Nine”, another paid expansion, as well as additional content such as faction-specific housing, extra spells, and a free dungeon.
As an eager fan, I’m thrilled about the prospect of Virtuos potentially unveiling additional content. What’s particularly exciting is the rumor of a complete visual transformation, thanks to its remake in Unreal Engine 5. The fighting experience seems to have been enhanced too, with refined hit reactions, upgraded archery mechanics, reduced chances of falling when stamina is depleted, and other improvements that I can hardly wait to try out.
It’s rumored that the remastered or remade version of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion might release today, but there are also whispers suggesting it could be anytime this week. In the meantime, keep an eye out for updates and check out the suspected file size on the PC here.
