What is the Difference between Freyna and Ultimate Freyna?
To start off, let me briefly clarify the distinction between the standard Freyna and Ultimate Freyna. While they may look quite different visually, keep in mind that Ultimate Freyna has a slightly higher starting stat line compared to her regular counterpart.
These differences don’t matter too much in the grand scheme of things. If you’re like me and fully invested into Freyna before her Ultimate variant was announced, she’s still fantastic.

This construction offers a cozy feel with high durability due to increased health and defense. Typically, prioritizing Technological and Toxic modules is common in any Freyna setup, as they amplify the potency of her Venom Baptism unique weapon.
We employ the recently developed Tech and Toxic Amplification Modules to intensify the harm even more, yet they come with a disadvantage. These Amplification modules lower our chances of scoring critical hits. While the increased damage is beneficial, it implies that we will no longer focus on achieving crits with Freyna.
Enlarging and enhancing our Toxic reservoirs prolongs their duration, benefiting the strategy known as camping or repeatedly attacking enemies in a specific location, a practice commonly referred to as “spawn killing”.

I prefer having high health and defense when fighting bosses, as it provides us with valuable durability. Additionally, increased health points, endurance battles, and enhanced defense are beneficial for maintaining our health pool. We’re also utilizing the same set of technological and toxic abilities to boost our skill damage output.
Skill Prolongation increases the duration of our harmful effects, while MP Adjustment shortens the recharge times of our abilities. Lastly, we utilize Swift-Hand Technique for additional recharge time reduction, opting out of modules that increase our reach.
Best Weapons for Ultimate Freyna in The First Descendant
In the game “The First Descendant”, while Ultimate Freyna primarily relies on her skills, rather than the specific choice of weapon, it is still safe to opt for popular top-tier weapons such as the Thundercage or Enduring Legacy.
If you’re aiming for optimal performance, it’s worth noting that the Secret Garden might be considered the top-tier weapon for Ultimate Freyna in terms of mobbing. The Secret Garden’s “Gardener” ability bestows the Pest Control buff whenever a Tech skill is utilized, thereby enhancing Skill Power.
