The Jailbreak Quest In DDV – Disney Dreamlight Valley
Okay, so during the Canine Courtship quest in DDV, once I used the ladder, I found myself inside this kennel, and that’s where Lady was being held!
Okay, so I talked to her, and she thinks the best way out is to use the tunnels to find everything we need to make a grapple. First, I had to move that barrel blocking the bars and then head into the tunnel to get to the next kennel. Once I was through, I found another barrel at the back and pushed it – it revealed a rope! Then, I used the Pickaxe to pry this hook off the wall and grabbed it. Seems like we’re getting somewhere!
Go back to Lady and use the crafting station to create a Grappling Hook. Then, approach the bars near where you saw the key and use the hook to grab it. Once you have the key, you can unlock the kennel and let Lady out. She’ll mention some other creatures are also locked up, and you can tell her you’ll return to help them later.
How To Collect Saucery Extract In DDV – Disney Dreamlight Valley
After leaving the Dog Pound, you’ll find the entire world covered in spaghetti and meatballs! Lady wants to locate Tramp, so start your search behind Tony’s. When you don’t find him there, Dreamers suggests talking to Merlin in Dreamlight Valley to understand what’s happening. Merlin explains that a strong magic is causing this, and it seems to be another lost memory within Dreamlight Valley – meaning you’re the only one who can fix it.
Now, we need to build a scent-tracking device, like a dog’s nose, to help us locate Tramp. To make this ‘Substitute Snout,’ you’ll need to gather 12 Saucery Extracts from around the realm. Find these by checking the sauce puddles and meatballs, and then collect the materials needed to craft the snout.

Put the snout on and present it to Lady. Then, follow the scent to the corner near the alley and dig up the meatballs with a shovel. This will reunite Tramp with the lovers and complete The Jailbreak quest.
