The Last of Us Complete Edition Is Available Now on PlayStation 5

You can now purchase The Last of Us Complete Edition on PlayStation 5 for $99.99! This version was officially released today, as announced by Naughty Dog, with the physical edition set to hit stores in July.

This franchise, which consists of only two games, has been re-released yet again, spanning over a decade of enjoyment. Being a huge fan, I can’t wait to add this to my collection with ease. In fact, I’ve already set up my pre-order for the physical collector’s edition.

Back in the Apocalypse

In a snapshot blog post, Naughty Dog wrote:

Today, you can grab “The Last of Us Complete” on your PlayStation 5. This single package includes remastered versions of both the original “The Last of Us Part I” and its sequel, “The Last of Us Part II.” Enjoy two incredible stories in one go!

On PlayStation 5, The Last of Us Complete Edition offers an effortless way to delve into the entire narrative, regardless if you’ve explored both installments, only one, or are new to the universe of Joel, Ellie, Abby, and other characters.

For those with a bit extra in their budget (and time), you can now pre-order The Last of Us Complete Collector’s Edition, priced at $109.99, only on PlayStation. This special edition of the game includes an exclusive steelbook case, comics, and lithographic art prints, making it a visually appealing choice for fans.

You’ll also get a ‘thank you letter’ penned by Neil Druckmann, the creator of The Last of Us.

Unfortunately, the Collector’s Edition includes only physical discs and doesn’t appear to come with digital ownership codes. If you own a console of the Digital Edition type, purchasing this item is primarily for the collectibles, but these alone may not justify a price of $109.99.
